Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our ITSM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on integrations, HAM/SAM, performance analytics, and CMDB. You will play a key role in optimizing and expanding our ServiceNow platform capabilities to enhance IT operations, asset lifecycle management, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including HAM/SAM, Performance Analytics, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Customize and configure the Service Portal for a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Leverage Performance Analytics to create actionable dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
Implement and maintain Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure an accurate and up-to-date CMDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards.
Maintain proper documentation and adhere to ServiceNow development best practices and ITIL processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
Proven experience with ITAM modules – HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management).
Expertise in ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server).
Experience with Service Portal customization using widgets, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Proficient in Performance Analytics – creating indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Knowledge of Discovery and Service Mapping best practices and implementation strategies.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional certifications like CIS-Discovery, CIS-SAM/HAM, or PA certification are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
Exposure to ITIL frameworks and enterprise IT ecosystems.
