About the role:
The Group Art Supervisor (GAS) will be responsible for the conception, development, design, and execution of artwork on the team. This includes integrated advertising campaigns, managing the creative process, and ensuring all work is strategically and creatively on point.
The GAS leads, guides, and directs the creative design team to ensure all projects are completed on strategy, on time, and within budget.
Mentoring junior members of the team is a core requirement, including monitoring projects, delegating assignments, and approving work.
Maintaining high standards, understanding and applying design systems, and being committed to consistency and excellence are key qualities.
What you'll do: Leads up and down the creative design team, internally and with clientsUnderstands and applies the creative vision for the brandHelps manage junior members of the team and freelancers where appropriateDevelops creative, strategic, and unexpected ideas that solve specific client marketing challengesEnsures on-brand design and accurate content that aligns with the overall strategyMonitors quality and consistency of agency creative output Contribute to strategy and the development of briefsPush creative work and actively share inspiring ideasFosters positive relationships between creative and other agency functional areasDevelop and grow client relationshipsShape and guide workParticipate in new business pitchesManage multiple direct reports and delegation of workflow on multiple projects/brandsAbout you: Digital portfolio required Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or equivalent area of study7 years’ creative/creative management experiencePharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferredOutstanding creative presentation skillsMust be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skillsComfortable working under pressure within tight deadlinesAdvanced Mac experience with all Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office SuiteWhat we can offer
