We are a small team of IT professionals dedicated to enabling Jimdo’s business by ensuring seamless IT services, system integrations, and secure, efficient working environments for our teams. We support employees with the tools and technology they need while driving automation, scalability, and cost efficiency. Our focus includes optimizing IT infrastructure, streamlining integrations between systems, and enhancing overall productivity. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and operating systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) across Jimdo’s services and applications.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure account provisioning and deactivation.
Administer Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Automate IT tasks through scripting and process optimization as well as system integrations.
Manage IT assets, office networks, and infrastructure to maintain stability and efficiency.
4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, with hands-on experience in administering Identity Providers (IdP), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Experience with ITSM platforms, tracking and managing hardware inventory, procurement, and software licenses.
Skilled in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for automation.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and network configurations.
Solid understanding of office networks, including Wi-Fi configurations, VLANs, routers, firewalls, VPN, and Zero Trust architecture, alongside experience with cloud infrastructure platforms.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain IT compliance standards.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing capabilities.
