Job Summary: The Sales Director will both handle clients directly as well as manage and coach a small team of sales representatives in driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored media solutions to electronics manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and service providers.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a small sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Set and manage KPIs, pipeline health, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Develop sales strategy and go-to-market plans for media and other b2b marketing solutions.
  • Partner with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Actively manage and grow a personal book of accounts in the electronics sector.
  • Conduct discovery calls, craft proposals, and close deals with client marketing leads.
  • Build deep relationships with clients across the electronics value chain.
  • Attend key industry events and represent the brand to grow client visibility and trust.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, research, and integrated media programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven success in both individual sales and sales team leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

  • CRM-savvy and data-driven in approach.
  • Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in media, publishing, or marketing solutions
  • Experience selling into the electronics, semiconductors, or high-tech manufacturing sectors a strong plus.


This is a supervisory role.


15-20% travel required.


We are excited to share the OTE for this position is $165,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This OTE is made up of a target base salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 and commission target of $50,000. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
