Position: Sales Director - US

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with financial institutions, trading firms, and exchanges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and stakeholders
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business goals
  • Represent Eventus at industry events, conferences, and meetings to increase brand visibility and engage potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth
  • Work closely with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the financial technology, capital markets, or trade surveillance industry
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and trading technology solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise-level deals
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Willingness to travel within the US region as needed
