As the core component of our enterprise growth strategy, the Sr. Account Manager-Cross Sell will be directly responsible for retaining and growing our existing customer base. Essential Duties

  • Communicate frequently with our customers to evangelize our offering, maintain relationships, and build report
  • Responsible for identifying and closing opportunities within current accounts
  • Support new products/initiatives, working closely with customer, customer success and product team
  • Act as an advisor or consultant for your customers to provide solutions that Increase their customer experience

Required Professional Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field.
    • Equivalent work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical, SAAS solution selling sales role or account management position
  • Proven experience identifying new sales opportunities within an existing customer base
Other Required Qualifications

  • Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work remotely / independently
  • Superior relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences
  • Willingness to travel to your customers, as needed. 25%-30% travel expected
