About the Role:

Join our small but high-impact Email Portfolio team, responsible for a significant share of company revenue. This team owns and grows our Microsoft 365 and Hosted Exchange businesses, along with critical revenue-enhancing add-ons in security, backup, and compliance.

We’re looking for a proactive and execution-focused Product Owner / Delivery Manager with strong Product Management instincts. This hybrid role is approximately 70% product ownership and delivery, 30% product management. You will manage roadmap delivery across key initiatives while also owning a subset of established products end-to-end. Your work will directly drive product outcomes, execution clarity, and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery Execution (70%) – Portfolio-Wide Impact


  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog for development teams
  • Define and break down product Epics into User Stories, including acceptance criteria and additional requirements
  • Create and elaborate user stories for the development team
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and quarterly roadmap alignment using Jira
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enforce process discipline across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Operations to drive delivery of roadmap initiatives
  • Support project resourcing and tradeoff decisions to ensure successful delivery
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams
  • Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks
  • Track and report progress toward quarterly planning commitments


Product Management (30%) – Strategic Ownership for Established Products


  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle of assigned products (e.g., Hosted Exchange, Outlook Backup, Archiving)
  • Translate customer, business, and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and product strategy that aligns with company and portfolio objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on complex initiatives and assist with tasks such as data analysis, market research, or customer insights to support decision-making
  • Incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and market trends into product enhancements
  • Harness data to drive smart decisions using insights from Power BI, Excel, and internal analytics tools to inform prioritization, quantify trade-offs, and align decisions with business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
  • Continuously monitor product performance to drive iterative improvements and lead end-of-life planning for legacy features as needed
  • Engage directly with Engineering, Support, Operations, and external vendors to identify and resolve product issues


Requirements


  • 5+ years in a Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Product Manager or hybrid Product/Project role
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery while contributing to product definition and lifecycle
  • Strong foundation in Agile frameworks and Jira-based backlog management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in SaaS or IT services
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with: Jira, Power BI, Excel, Figma, and Miro
  • Familiarity with email infrastructure, Microsoft 365, or hosted service products is a plus
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • Certifications in Project Management and/or Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus, but not required
