Job Title: Product Owner ( Remote from anywhere )

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Owner to support product operations, manage customer issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Issue Management: Monitor, triage, and respond to issues raised by customers, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly.

  2. User Story Preparation: Collaborate with the product lead and stakeholders to gather requirements, document detailed user stories, and maintain the product backlog.

  3. Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between customer support and the product team to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner and there is continuous feedback.

  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation on product features, workflows, and user feedback.

  5. Process Improvement: Identify and propose process improvements to enhance issue tracking and backlog management, contributing to smoother product development cycles.

  6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of customer issues and backlog progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, customer support, or operations.
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience with SaaS products.

  • Strong ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and using tools like Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
