NEOGOV is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented partner success manager who can work independently to join our partnership team. The candidate will be a key contributor on a high performing team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships. This role requires a combination of experience in navigating the intricacies of State, Local, Education (SLED) and Federal market as well as developing key partner relationships and strong business acumen. This role relies heavily on personal accountability for results and a willingness to go the extra mile for partnerships and our joint customers. The candidate will also be responsible for clearly and persuasively articulating solutions, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accreditation, excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with a strong understanding of software technology and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You will be working as a member of the partner success team, which is part of the greater sales team here at NEOGOV.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Partnership accounts and relationships
  • Provide guidance, advocacy and support to our partners
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand the business needs of the partner and their members.
  • Educate other teams as needed on the specifics related to the needs of the members of each partner relationship for which they are responsible.
  • Facilitate transition of partners from onboarding into adoption stage, and ensure competency levels are sufficient.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of partner educational resources, programs and materials.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time for partner meetings, conference attendance, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain partner success programs that will increase and sustain product usage and adoption.
  • Analyze data and develop reports that present information in a manner that can be effectively communicated to benefit the partner and provide organizational direction.
  • Facilitate and oversee marketing engagements to ensure effective outreach, messaging and segment education.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Ability to work with and interpret raw data and generate reports.
  • Process minded and results oriented able to meet deadlines, manage stress and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to analyze partners and associated members' learning needs during onboarding and develop training plans according to users specifications.

What You Have

  • 5+ years experience working with public safety/government accreditation in a leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of accreditation programs, standards and compliance
  • Extensive knowledge of our PowerDMS products, especially PowerStandards and PowerPolicy
  • Salesforce or CRM knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
