💼 The Role 
Base salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 per anum + bonus/equity

We’re looking for an Implementation Engineer to join our growing Operations team! In this role, you’ll be a key player in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for our clients, ensuring projects are completed on time. As part of our Implementation team, you’ll work closely with existing clients, helping to configure, test, and support our platform post-release.

You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure client requirements are met. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your technical and client-facing skills at a fast-growing SaaS startup where your contributions will make an immediate impact.

🧠 What You’ll Do
  • Complete client configurations in lower and production environments

  • Troubleshooting issues that arise during the implementation

  • Manage post-production release projects for clients 

  • Conduct client training for our Client Admin Portal 

  • Support the Implementation Manager during client go lives

  • Conduct demos on products such as online account openings

  • Gathering client requirements

  • Conduct and document the steps required to reproduce issues during escalation

  • Assist in internal testing, such as client go live testing or development testing

  • Document best practices on our knowledge base

🎯 What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementations, or project management within an enterprise SaaS or Fintech company

  • Expert technical aptitude to quickly learn Bankjoy's applications and the business rules that govern banking to understand the context for integrations with customer systems.

  • Strong customer focus and solutions-oriented mindset. Strong training delivery skills with an ability to earn the trust of customers.

  • Experience using project management and customer relationship management systems such as Smartsheet 

  • Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.

  • Thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment inherent to a high-growth technology company like Bankjoy

  • Strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
