The Role:


Are you passionate about finding the best talent in the IT industry? Do you thrive on innovative sourcing techniques and enjoy connecting with top professionals? We are looking for a talented IT Sourcer to join our dynamic team!

As a Sourcing Specialist IT you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.


Key Accountabilities:


What you’ll be doing:

  • Use cutting-edge tools and creative methods to identify and engage top IT talent.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand role requirements and deliver exceptional candidates.
  • Developing own network of sector-specific candidates and utilize networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e. referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the IT sector, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent.
  • Managing job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness.
  • Ensuring regular communication with Client Services team to understand on-going. requirements and to share progress of activity.
  • Maintaining agreed service levels and targets.


Skills & Experience:


You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in sourcing candidates through innovative tools and methods for IT roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT market within the EMEA region.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in utilizing direct sourcing techniques effectively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
