We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT Recruiter to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 

What will you do?
-Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing and selection to interviews, negotiation, and hiring.
-Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
-Use various sourcing techniques across LATAM, including social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top candidates.
-Work independently to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
-Provide updates to Hiring Managers on the progress of recruitment processes and offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the selection process.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

What do you need?
-At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
-Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies.
-In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions.
-Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills).
-Experience working with ATS systems (Lever) and other tools including AI tools.
-Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
