Job Description
As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both existing and prospective partners.
Actively expand Group's customer portfolio in Vietnam through prospecting and business development.
Conduct ongoing market intelligence and competitive benchmarking; liaise with Marketing and R&D teams to refine product-market fit.
Lead the definition and execution of sales strategies, while ensuring alignment with Group's global objectives.
Promote and position Group's products and solutions among key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Oversee commercial offers, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
Represent Group at client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs in Vietnam and the region.
Deliver consistent reporting on sales pipeline, project progress, and market feedback.
Ensure all administrative processes such as contract management and invoicing are properly handled.
Contribute to both short-term sales performance and the long-term strategic direction of the Vietnam business.
The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager should have:
Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to self-service products, vending solutions, or automated services in the retail and commercial real estate sectors
Proven ability to manage both customer acquisition and retention - hunter and farmer mindset
Entrepreneurial, self-starter, highly adaptable with strong communication and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of the local customer base, particularly shopping malls and commercial properties
Results-driven, organized, and capable of strategic long-term planning
Open-minded and customer-centric with a passion for solution-based sales
A degree in Business Management or related field
Vietnamese native speaking skill with excellent English proficiency
