Job Description

As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both existing and prospective partners.
  • Actively expand Group's customer portfolio in Vietnam through prospecting and business development.
  • Conduct ongoing market intelligence and competitive benchmarking; liaise with Marketing and R&D teams to refine product-market fit.
  • Lead the definition and execution of sales strategies, while ensuring alignment with Group's global objectives.
  • Promote and position Group's products and solutions among key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee commercial offers, contract negotiations, and project delivery.
  • Represent Group at client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs in Vietnam and the region.
  • Deliver consistent reporting on sales pipeline, project progress, and market feedback.
  • Ensure all administrative processes such as contract management and invoicing are properly handled.
  • Contribute to both short-term sales performance and the long-term strategic direction of the Vietnam business.


The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to self-service products, vending solutions, or automated services in the retail and commercial real estate sectors
  • Proven ability to manage both customer acquisition and retention - hunter and farmer mindset
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, highly adaptable with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of the local customer base, particularly shopping malls and commercial properties
  • Results-driven, organized, and capable of strategic long-term planning
  • Open-minded and customer-centric with a passion for solution-based sales
  • A degree in Business Management or related field
  • Vietnamese native speaking skill with excellent English proficiency
