Lead Channel Sales Manager, Europe (DACH, France)
Location:
Remote within EMEA; occasional travel required
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our valued reseller partners in Western Europe. You will work closely with our channel partners to drive sales, increase market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Channel Strategy: Identify and maintaining relationships with key reseller partners within your region and segment to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious sales targets, while aligning closely with the company's overall business objectives.
- Support Sales Execution: Actively engage with partners to ensure they drive sales, identify and close opportunities, and exceed sales quotas.
- Partner Enablement: Collaborate with the presales, sales enablement, and implementation enablement teams to ensure partners have the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively sell, deliver, and support our solutions.
- Marketing and Demand Generation: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive demand for our solutions through the channel.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports on channel performance.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences to build brand awareness, network with potential partners, and generate leads.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development roles in the HR/HCM/Payroll software industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with partners.
- Strong understanding of the reseller channel sales model and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Fluency in English and German. Additional language skills (e.g. French, Spanish) are a plus.
