As a Training Analyst at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve — a community’s most vulnerable. Your Role in Our Mission
- Collect, analyze, and report on training data to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present training metrics to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on data insights.
- Collaborate with training leaders to refine data collection methods and reporting standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or training analytics.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience designing new training metric reporting structures, preferred.
- Occasional travel to support training transformation and new program launches.
What You Should Expect in This Role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
- This position is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis until all related positions are filled.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
