Job description

Genesis10 is seeking a Paralegal for a 4-month remote contract position with a corporate investment banking company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This position pays $25-28/HR based on experience.

Compensation: $25.00-28.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience level.

Job Duties:

Provide support including, but not limited to, research, maintenance & control of client documentation.

Requirements:

Possess strong computer skills and be able to read & analyze legal documents.
Paralegal certificate from a business school, college or university, or for Corporate Secretarial Services only equivalent work experience (up to 3 years) is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Financial Acumen
Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
