We are seeking an experienced Office 365 Compliance Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 compliance, security configurations, and document lifecycle management. This role is critical to ensuring our compliance with internal and external regulations related to data retention, labeling, visibility, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Microsoft Purview Compliance solutions, including retention policies, sensitivity labels, data loss prevention, and compliance alerts.
Set up and maintain security, access controls, and compliance settings across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Develop and implement lifecycle management strategies for documents, ensuring alignment with compliance regulations and business needs.
Collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all policies meet regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing monitoring, reporting, and optimization of compliance-related configurations.
Stay current on industry regulations and Microsoft 365 compliance features and updates.

Preferred:
Microsoft certifications related to security and compliance (e.g., SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator).
Experience with larger enterprise or highly regulated environments.
