Global Operations Finance Digitalization Lead

Hiring Manager: Paul Sullivan

Key areas of Focus:

Lead Global Operations Finance in IBP 2.0 initiatives
Lead various finance digitalization projects within the Global Operations Finance team
Identify new areas of finance automation, and work to implement
Collaborate closely with Operations Finance Staff, Factory controllers, NXP Finance Digitalization team, Supply Chain, IT, and BP&A Financial Reporting team
Supervise a team of 3 based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Other information:

Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Finance/Accounting, + 5 yrs of work experience
Strong interest in finance digitalization, and process improvement.
Expert understanding of SAP, Oracle SmartView, and Power BI applications
Pro-active nature with a hands-on mentality/attitude
Curious nature, that has the ability to question status quo
