Senior Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Manager, you will:

  • Oversee financial operations and reporting across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with management, accountants, auditors, and vendors to ensure seamless financial processes.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial audits.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in QuickBooks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Contribute to multiple projects with enthusiasm and adaptability.
  • Supporting HR tasks. 

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance or accounting role with startups, equity ventures or venture capitals; auditing team experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Enthusiasm for working with diverse projects and collaborating across teams.
  • Full proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
