As an IT Change Specialist within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you may be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

As an IT Change Specialist, you should have a deep understanding of IT change management principles and practices, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing changes within complex IT environments. Responsibilities include:
· Develop and maintain comprehensive change management policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the effective planning, implementation, and tracking of IT changes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess proposed changes, identify potential impacts, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
· Facilitate change review meetings to evaluate change requests, prioritize changes based on business needs, and obtain necessary approvals.
· Update to reference NTCC, Privileged Access,
· Coordinate and communicate change implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies, to all relevant stakeholders.
· Manage the execution of approved changes, ensuring adherence to established processes and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
· Monitor and track the progress of changes throughout the entire lifecycle, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
· Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of changes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
· Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices and methodologies.
· Act as a liaison between IT teams, business units, and external vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration during change initiatives.
· Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to change management, recommending enhancements to existing processes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a change management role.
· Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation, Prosci Change Management)

Job Description
- Leads one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Organizational Change (Org Chg) solutions.
- Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more Org Chg engagement components.
- Oversees performance of Org Chg engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff. Coaches junior team members and clients.
- Leads analyses and solution development for key Org Chg engagement module(s). Performs more complex activities.
- Provides recommended Org Chg solutions. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver client presentations.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $118,170.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
