HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a fast-growing European D2C brand within fashion and lifestyle, known for their design-driven products, strong brand identity, and global community. We’re looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who’s detail-oriented, digital-first, and eager to help grow an international online store — from product launches to conversion wins.

This 40-person lifestyle brand has built a loyal global audience across Europe and North America through direct-to-consumer growth, strong content, and community-driven marketing.

They’re a remote-first team with team members based in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Copenhagen — and are open to applicants from across Europe.


🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of the E-commerce & Growth team (6 people) and work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support.

  • Coordinate product launches on the e-com site (Shopify)
  • Ensure accurate product data, pricing, tagging, and categorization
  • Update home page banners, collections, and seasonal landing pages
  • Monitor stock, manage merchandising visibility, and spot opportunities
  • Collaborate on CRO, site UX improvements, and customer journey updates


Tools you might use: Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hotjar, Figma, Notion, Gorgias
