The Professional Services team supports our Higher Education and Further Education customers through a collaborative approach so that we can achieve successful outcomes for them and growth for all.

You will work remotely with the requirement of occasional travel when needed.

The Role

The role of the Professional Services Consultant (Technical) is to enable our customers to maximise the benefit they get from our systems through the delivery of effective technical consultancy services and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist customers with Dynamics setup, data migration, and integration while ensuring efficiency, compliance (e.g. GDPR), and minimal disruption.
• Deliver sessions on Dynamics functionality, guiding customers on best practices for data management, system health, Azure tools, and customisations.
• Configure infrastructure for migration/integration using Azure services and legacy technologies, collaborating with client IT teams to establish secure, scalable environments.
• Support staff with Dynamics and data integration issues, offering solution design guidance, troubleshooting, and promoting continuous improvement across the business.

The Skills you’ll have:

• Experience in migration/integration of data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to read XML.
• Experience in providing successful customer support.
• Technically astute.

It would be great if you had:

• Knowledge of the Higher/Further education sector.
