Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with at least 6 years of experience in product management or a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing the value of the products developed by our team and ensuring that the product vision is effectively executed. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a must, and certification in Agile or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product vision and develop a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and understanding of product goals and progress.
User Stories & Requirements: Translate high-level product ideas into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to clearly communicate requirements to the development team.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, providing regular updates on progress, changes, and timelines.
Customer Feedback: Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and improve the product.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with market needs.
Sprint Planning & Reviews: Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the delivery of high-value features.

Qualifications and Skills

At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable tasks and priorities for development teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and using data to drive product decisions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management and collaboration tools.
RPA - Ui path is must

Preferred Qualifications:

Agile or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving tech environment.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle or experience working closely with engineering teams.
