Civitas Learning is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable growth of sales pipeline through experimentation, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
This role requires mastery of multi-channel growth marketing strategy and a love for learning and applying new tactics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and has strong attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are an excellent problem solver and communicator.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with design, marketing, product, sales, and the Customer Development team.
