Role Overview

The Data Protection Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the smooth delivery of our Data Protection services. Reporting directly to the Data Protection Team Manager, you will work closely with consultants and internal teams to coordinate project delivery, scheduling, and client communications. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills, and a keen interest in Data Protection and Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination

Collaborate with the Data Protection Management Team to define and improve internal processes across our service offerings.

Coordinate customer onboarding, project kick-offs, resource allocation, and project conclusion activities.

Conduct audits of our project management tools to ensure data integrity and process adherence.

Liaise with the Sales Team to manage consultant availability and scheduling.

Project Support

Allocate work and ensure appropriate kick-off processes are followed for all engagements.

Schedule all project meetings and milestones with clients and consultants.

Join kick-off calls, document scopes, and follow up in writing to confirm details.

Answer non-technical process and scheduling-related queries.

Update project information in Monday.com (project tracking tool), including delivery days, notes, and status updates.

Provide clients with project progress reports and time utilisation summaries.

Ensure timely billing and invoicing upon project completion.

Monitor our DPO communication channel, ensuring timely consultant responses.

Book meetings and scoping calls on behalf of consultants, as needed.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 1 year in an administrative or project support role.

Proven experience managing diaries and scheduling.

Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Customer service experience.

Familiarity with Monday.com (desirable).

An interest in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Data Protection.
