What you will do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential host agencies, retail travel agencies, and consortia across North America.
  • Prospect and onboard new strategic partners, with a strong focus on high-volume accounts that drive measurable revenue.
  • Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans, aligning commercial targets with marketing support and performance-based incentives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to increase share and product adoption.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including contracts, overrides, SLAs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to drive partner success.
  • Represent HotelDO at industry events, trade shows, and in-person sales visits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and partner satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed pipelines, forecast growth, and report on key KPIs

  • What we are looking for
  • Proven experience managing and growing B2B travel accounts, especially in retail, wholesale, or host agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of the North American travel distribution landscape.
  • Demonstrated success in account acquisition, consultative sales, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business opportunities.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with digital tools.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Must be based in Florida and open to regular travel across the U.S. and Canada.
