We are currently seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources function and help us attract the best talent to support our evolving needs.


Job Description

This Recruiter plays a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the organization’s strategic hiring needs. This person will lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high quality candidate experience and alignment with company goals and culture.


Objectives

  • Fill open positions efficiently with highly qualified and well-matched candidates.
  • Maintain an updated and organized talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.


Responsabilities

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Create, update, and publish job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Proactively source talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen and interview candidates using behavioral and competency-based methods.
  • Manage and maintain a robust and up-to-date candidate database.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and market trends.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote Employer Branding and support other HR Initiatives or events when needed.




Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proven expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Solid experience sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, talent marketplaces, and professionais networks.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems (experience with tools like Zoho Recruit or Zoho People is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, and conversational) is a must.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in Software Engineering and IT is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a data-informed approach to improving recruitment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, creative, and genuinely passionate about connecting talent with opportunity.
