We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy services and telemedicine via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to medication orders, telemedicine appointments, and health-related questions.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff to answer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Educate customers on how to use telemedicine services and navigate online pharmacy platforms.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office tools.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
