This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a keen interest in logistics and shipping operations.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, tracking, customs, and company policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline service processes.
  • Keep abreast of shipping regulations and best practices to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or shipping industries.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
