Job description

This is a remote position.

A fast-growing SaaS company backed by top-tier VCs, with over $30M+ in funding and a global customer base across 75+ countries, is looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) leader. The company helps automate critical business functions and supports secure, scalable growth for mid-market to enterprise clients.



About the Role



This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building and scaling 1:few and 1:many ABM programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue. The role works in close partnership with Sales and other GTM stakeholders to engage and convert priority accounts across regions like the US, UK, EU, and ANZ.



Key Responsibilities




1. Strategy & Execution



  • Design and run ABM programs for mid-market ICPs in key international markets.

  • Develop segmented account clusters and orchestrated, tailored journeys across digital and offline channels.

  • Scale personalization efforts across touchpoints using smart content and timing.




2. Sales Partnership & Revenue Focus



  • Co-own strategic account plays with SDRs and AEs to create meetings and accelerate deals.

  • Serve as a key partner for Sales to improve traction with target accounts and buying committees.




3. Campaign Management & Ops



  • Lead execution across LinkedIn, programmatic, email, web personalization, and retargeting.

  • Leverage firmographic, intent, and behavioral data to optimize engagement and conversion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, demand gen) to build high-performing campaign assets.




4. Metrics & Optimization



  • Own ABM KPIs such as account engagement, pipeline velocity, opportunity creation, and influenced revenue.

  • Continuously test, analyze, and improve campaign performance.

  • Share actionable insights across Sales and Marketing teams.
