We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Value Delivery & Reporting Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to measure business value metrics, and report on the value delivered and realized by various transformation workstreams. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
What You Will Do:
Develop and monitor the organization transformation business case.
Establish business value metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transformation workstreams.
Develop a comprehensive Value Realization Plan to ensure successful delivery and subsequent realization of the business value of an implementation effort.
Define business value reporting requirements for transformation workstreams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Collect and analyze data on workstream performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Create and maintain a program RAID log to manage risks, actions, issues, and dependencies effectively.
Develop and maintain Business Value Metrics Dashboards to provide a clear and concise overview of performance.
Support Executive governance and reviews with stakeholders and workstream owners
What You Will Need:
A Bachelor's degree is required
At least SEVEN (7) years of experience in business case development, business value delivery, reporting, or a related field.
Experience in a top-tier commercial and consulting firm focused on financial industry is highly desirable
Experience with Loan servicing (Mortgage, Student loans) platforms (e.g. ICE MSP, Sagent) and regulatory compliance processes is highly desirable
Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with program RAID logs and risk management is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
