Proven Experience: Minimum 2.5–5 years of experience in lead generation or sales within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Cold Calling Expertise: Demonstrated ability to make a high volume of cold calls, engage potential sellers, and effectively handle objections. Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate investing, market trends, and working with agents, wholesalers, and property sellers. CRM Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems for managing and organizing leads, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed communication records. Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Highly driven, organized, and proactive in managing tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving lead generation objectives.
Core responsibilities:
Cold Calling and Outreach: Proactively contact real estate agents, wholesalers, and potential sellers to identify motivated property owners interested in selling. Lead Generation and Qualification: Source, track, and qualify high-quality leads for investment opportunities, ensuring they meet the company’s specific acquisition criteria. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, wholesalers, and other potential lead sources to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. CRM Management: Accurately input and manage lead data in the CRM system, updating information, tracking progress, and maintaining detailed notes on follow-up actions. Market Research: Analyze local real estate market trends to identify potential opportunities and provide insights to the investment team. Follow-Up Strategies: Execute consistent and effective follow-up on leads to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and move prospects toward a sale.
