We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their Non-QM network of bankers and brokers across the nation and to help them close more loans.

If You Have:

  • Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work quickly
  • Knowledge of E-mail marketing
  • A person who creates solutions, not problems
  • If you are the type of person who sees an opportunity when others see trouble
  • Have the drive to make money

Job Duties:

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
  • Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
  • Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information.
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
  • Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
  • NMLS license not required (except Nevada)
  • Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
