Senior Epic Security and Access Analyst

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee user access lifecycle: provisioning, modifications, and deactivations.
  

• Configure and optimize Epic security settings, including RBAC.
  

• Lead security audits, incident response, and troubleshooting efforts.
  

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
  

• Collaborate with clinical, IT teams, and vendors to support secure operations.
  

• Participate in Epic upgrades and cross-functional security projects.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  

• 5+ years in healthcare IT security and access management.
  

• Epic Security and Access certification required.
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree and/or CISSP certification.
  

• 7+ years of experience with Epic and healthcare applications.
