We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to find powerful creatives that “hit right in the heart” of millions of users worldwide, from Japan to Greenland, and, as a result, help them discover Promova, an effective and user-friendly language-learning platform.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Research the market, competitors, and potential user needs to quickly spot trends and turn them into strong creative concepts for Promova.
  • Lead ideation sessions and generate impactful ad ideas for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and more.
  • Turn ideas into compelling visuals and videos by creating clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
  • Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and extract insights to guide future campaigns.
  • Drive improvements in the creative process, including testing and implementing AI tools and new approaches.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating ad creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) or Google Ads.
  • Experience in competitor research and consumer insight analysis; strong analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of applied human psychology — why consumers behave the way they do.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Copywrіting skills.
