Your Day to Day

As a Senior HR Program Manager, you would be:

  • Partnering with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Communications, and business leaders on a variety of cross-functional, global HR initiatives and annual programs from project initiation until closure. Programs will vary in HR discipline, length, and complexity.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to drive business results by defining clear roles/responsibilities within each project to hold key stakeholders and project team members accountable.
  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and progress to plans, as well as identifying gaps/issues/risks with proactive mitigation efforts.
  • Able to take an ambiguous problem and define problem statements, critical outcomes, and activities needed; the ability to “simplify” and execute is important.

What We’re Looking For

As a Senior HR Program Manager, your background will look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional HR experience (including managing/leading HR programs with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders within and outside of the HR function), with the ability to confidently interact with all levels of management to influence project results
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills (including advanced PowerPoint and Excel abilities)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop approaches to tasks, create and implement process, and utilize project management tools and frameworks to drive efficiency and effectiveness, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
  • Adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity/shifting priorities

Annual Base Salary Range: $93,000 - $122,500 - $154,000

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
