Job description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager (English/Russian) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process and oversee key HR operations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and efficient HR management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source potential candidates through various channels
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process
Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Oversee onboarding, off-boarding and performance management cycle
Maintain HR systems
Assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment
3+ years in IT Recruitment, Product and Operations roles
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
Familiarity with ATS
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Fluent or Native in both Russian & English
