We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and content available on the platform.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address technical issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about service features, new releases, and platform functionalities.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service offerings and user experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the media, entertainment, or tech industry.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear explanations to customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
