Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding gaming products and esports services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to game features, account management, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively to enhance user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough follow-up on any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with gaming trends, esports events, and product features to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular games and esports trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a customer-centric attitude.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
