The Data Analyst will be joining the growing Internal Analytics team. The role will be pivotal in addressing the increasing demands for analytics and insights throughout the company.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborating with team leaders from different departments to gather, present and analyze data, thereby enhancing decision-making processes with a comprehensive understanding of our market growth and operational dynamics. This role will be crucial in fostering strong relationships between the Internal Analytics team and other departments by conducting data analysis, developing dashboards, and providing tools that empower stakeholders. This position is ideal for proactive individuals who thrive in ambiguous situations, are passionate about establishing a data-centric culture, and are driven by a desire to make a substantial impact.

Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support various internal departments and various products.
Create and optimize dashboards and reports in POWER BI utilizing DAX, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Utilize modern data stack technologies, including SNOWFLAKE and DBT, to streamline data workflows and enhance data quality.
Create ad-hoc and recurring reports to support various business functions and customers.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Utilize storytelling techniques in reporting to make complex data more understandable and engaging for decision-makers and stakeholders.
Manage multiple data projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.
Continuously improve data processes and systems to increase efficiency and data accessibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience of +5 years as Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and DAX for data visualization and reporting.
Experience with modern data stack technologies like Snowflake and DBT, enhancing data processing and reporting capabilities.
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
