Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in iServer repository management, enterprise architecture tools, and advanced technology implementation. The ideal candidate will play a lead role in setting up and maintaining the iServer repository, ensuring high performance, integration across enterprise systems, and alignment with architectural strategy. You will work in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH), Orbus, and internal teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and project lead on multiple strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Repository Management: Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the iServer repository. Ensure repository data integrity, security, availability, and alignment with best practices
• Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced technologies to enhance repository performance and integration. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Database Administration: Optimize and manage the underlying database for the iServer repository. Conduct regular backups, recovery, and performance tuning
• Security Management: Implement strong security protocols and ensure ongoing threat monitoring and policy compliance
• Integration and Interoperability: Oversee integration of iServer with other enterprise systems and data sources
• User Support and Training: Provide user support, develop training materials, and conduct user training sessions. Act as SME to provision and train DOH resources on iServer
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor repository performance and resolve system issues efficiently. Apply tuning and scaling strategies to maintain system responsiveness
• Data Quality and Governance: Define and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and quality. Perform audits and data cleansing as required
• Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to align repository functions with business needs. Lead repository-related projects, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation for repository configurations, processes, and tools. Generate analytics and reporting on repository usage and system health
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Collect and incorporate user feedback into future iterations
• Compliance and Standards Adherence: Ensure repository practices align with ITIL and other industry standards. Support the development and execution of the architectural tools strategy and deployment roadmap
• Specialized Coordination: Coordinate with Orbus and DOH to provision and train resources on iServer. Evaluate and confirm Orbus' target iServer Metamodel (e.g., Core EA, TOGAF, ArchiMate)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience setting up, configuring, and managing iServer repositories
• Proven experience ensuring repository data integrity, security, and optimal structure
• 8+ years in programming, system design, and architecture planning with advanced technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years’ experience as a Senior Systems Analyst or Developer within a large healthcare system
• 3+ years of development experience with technologies such as Java, JEE, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
