HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a growing European B2B tech company helping brands manage operational workflows more efficiently.


We’re looking for a Client Project Manager to onboard and support new B2B customers. You’ll be the go-to person during implementation — helping clients get live, stay confident, and succeed. If you enjoy working directly with people, are tech-comfortable, and love making things run smoothly — this could be a great fit.

🎯 Role Description & Responsibilities

You’ll join the Customer Success & Delivery team (currently 10 people) and work cross-functionally with sales, product, and support.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning client onboarding and implementation projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for new customers
  • Leading kickoff calls and managing project timelines
  • Troubleshooting basic setup and product questions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate issues or request product changes
  • Ensuring smooth handover to account managers or support teams


Tools you’ll use:

  • Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, Trello or Asana
