Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to oversee sales operations and drive the success of our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and operational expertise to develop efficient workflows, exceed sales targets, and enhance the client experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 1.5 years in operations or e-commerce (preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Core responsibilities
Sales Performance and Process Optimization:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to provide specific content updates, campaign insights, and sales forecasting to align strategies.
- Prepare and maintain website content, email campaigns, and networking initiatives to support sales efforts and client engagement.
Digital Marketing and Workflow Support:
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create and refine sales workflows, tools, and documentation.
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize conversions and customer retention.
Operational and Client Management:
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes to improve overall efficiency.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and operational workflows using CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
