Job description

Purpose of the job

The Sr. Intelligence Manager will be able to consult on client and internal engagements providing advisory on strategic decision making using multi-discipled insights consulting. The Sr. Intelligence Manager role is a new role within the newly formed creative agency as part of HH Global’s network. The role will be helping to establish and grow the new intelligence capability within the in-house creative development and intelligence agency working with many of the world’s leading brand clients.

This will be a fully remote based position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of a small growth focused team looking to change the way insights and strategy shape strategic decision making for brands.
  • Work closely in the continued development of proprietary data and insights generated within the AI insights platform operated within the business.
  • Will naturally connect the dots between culture, consumer behavior, category landscapes and innovations in technology, branding and experiences.
  • Translate the intersections and inspirations into simplified, compelling strategic direction that persuades stakeholders with robust data-driven thinking and direction.
  • Comfortable in senior client meetings where storytelling and influence motivates client decision makers and internal client engagement teams to help guide, inspire and give confidence in taking strategic action for creative marketing and brand activations.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7-10+ years experience in insights in research, analytics - client side or agency environments.
  • Analyzing trends and insights to extract meaning and narrative.
  • Global perspective and cross category expertise - translating complex business challenges within a broad mix of client sectors.
  • An inspiring and influential presenter capable of motivating and instilling trust in stakeholders.
  • A cross functional team collaborator at ease in working with different teams in different geographies and business disciplines.

For US applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other location s due to differences in the cost of labor.
