As part of the HRS Fintech team, you’ll work at the intersection of travel and finance, helping businesses to streamline payments and gain control over their global travel spend.

POSITION

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of innovative FinTech products —building smart, scalable financial workflows that reduce friction, boost efficiency, and create seamless experiences for customers and internal teams alike.

CHALLENGE

  • Understand the Customer: Work closely with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand customer pain points around payments, invoicing, and reconciliation. Stay abreast of market and technology dynamics. Identify and evaluate innovative solutions to resolve customer pain.
  • Drive Discovery: As part of the Product Trio, test product decisions using tools like PRFAQs, customer interviews, prototypes. Validate value, usability, feasibility and viability risks. Gather evidence, take corrective decisions and iterate.
  • Own Delivery & Quality: Own end-to-end lifecycle of Fintech products. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Ensure readiness for operations. Define, and proactively track key metrics (product and feature level) to guide continuous innovation.
  • Communicate Effectively: Align diverse stakeholders—from engineers to executives—with clarity, metric-based evidence and purpose. Deliver solutions that work for the restrictions of the business functions by establishing strong stakeholder relationships, and taking them on the journey throughout product development lifecycle.
  • Champion Compliance & Scalability: Design solutions that are compliant with global payment regulations and adaptable across markets.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, ideally B2B environment, with a track record of testing, shipping, and scaling innovative products.
  • Passion for combining finance and tech to solve customer needs through data-driven discovery, quick iteration, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Customer Empathy: Start with real customer problems, not requirements, driven by their needs.
  • Communication: Clearly explain the “why” and “what” to all, uniting teams with evidence-based communication.
  • Execution Ownership: Deliver results with a hands-on, structured, and pragmatic approach.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus
