What will you do?

• Design and develop robust, scalable back-end services using Sails.js, Next.js using TypeScript
• Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using Next.js
• Implement and optimize messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Bull, or similar) to support asynchronous, event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, etc.) to gather requirements, deliver new features, and enhance existing products
• Ensure quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and well-tested code following best practices
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the engineering team

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a solid track record of shipping production applications
• Expert in TypeScript and JavaScript with a deep understanding of their ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with Sails.js (or similar Node.js frameworks) for back-end development
• Production experience with Next.js for front-end development (including SSR, static site generation, and Next.js best practices)
• Strong experience with messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar)
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed or on-site team
• Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions
• We are looking for candidates with an academic background from leading engineering institutions such as IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani, VIT, MIT (India), or other reputed universities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with GraphQL (designing and/or consuming APIs)
• Experience with React ecosystem tools (Redux, React Hooks, etc.)
• Knowledge of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.)
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or similar
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong online portfolio
