The Opportunity

As Assistant Site Functionality Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting various roadmap projects on the Sephora website and apps, being a voice of the business and an advocate for the Sephora client. You will create strategy presentations and define requirements for projects in addition to maintaining detailed project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support various roadmap projects from strategic planning including kick-off presentations, estimated revenue sizing and market research to feature prioritization, timeline management, AB testing and successful launch measurements.
  • Assist the team by setting up cross-functional touch points, following up with recap notes, sharing next action items and keeping detailed documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, especially Product Management, to accurately define business needs and prioritize functionality to keep within timelines and budget.
  • Work closely with User Experience for the design of features. Keeping the client at the forefront by using data and analytics to drive decision making.
  • Partner with Personalization and Testing teams to gather input, define KPIs, and devise testing plans for feature rollouts of features on site.
  • Study industry trends and gather competitive insights to share with the team and leadership to help inform strategic initiatives and priorities.
  • Analyze data to track the performance of digital features and initiatives, and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on new digital features and tools.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support vendor relationships, presentation creation for leadership and team meeting share-outs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in eCommerce, Product Management, Digital, Management consultant, or Strategy
  • Experience in retail business, consumer brands, and innovations is a plus
  • Highly driven and self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels.
  • Ability to work well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus.
  • High energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication with superb presentation creation and delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and able to follow through with a sense of urgency.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take-action based on data.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of product management, analytic platforms and project management tools

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,100.00 - $97,185.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
