Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Capgemini and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

Our client, a prominent insurance carrier, is a leader in the industry and has a widespread national presence. They offer a comprehensive range of insurance products and services to customers across the United States. They are committed to innovation and excellence in delivering customer-centric solutions.

Business Analyst II will support all of Enterprise Marketing as a floating resource based on the organization’s needs. They will assist with model building and business case development to support strategic, marketing, and customer experience recommendations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and similar data analytics tools and be able to convert their data modeling into a story to aid the business leader decision making process.

Serves as a liaison between the Business and IT to provide solution to their business needs; Understands customers# objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities; Supports users in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope; Performs impact analysis and supports development of effort/cost estimates; Develops and documents functional specifications; Supports application testing, implementation, and training activities.

Requirements

English proficiency
Insurance or Financial experience is a plus
Bachelor´s Degree in marketing or related
Experience performing impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system.
Experience defining project scope; Develops functional specifications; Prepares Preliminary Systems Design document
Knowledge of how to build Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.
Data Modelling/Forecasting
Reporting management
Scorecard creation
Data Interpretation
Office Suite
PowerBI
Snowflake (general knowledge)
SQL is a plus
