Develop a deep understanding of the business, from its data/metrics to its operational challenges and opportunities.
Support business performance deep-dive to identify critical trends and size opportunities for maximizing revenue growth.
Identify opportunities to develop, optimize, or overhaul business processes through system configurations or customizations.
Work with Big Data, do data transformation work, and help build complex financial and operating models for historical analysis and forecasting.
Communicate complex analysis and financial/operating model to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to deliver actionable insights by synthesizing data into practical formats, and influence through logic, interpretation of data, and effective communication
