We’re building a dedicated task force to accelerate customer acquisition, and we’re looking for a Media Specialist to lead and structure our offline and alternative media strategy from scratch. Until now, our media efforts have been fully digital—this role will be key in unlocking new acquisition channels, testing, analyzing, and scaling what works.
What You'll Do
Design and launch our offline media strategy focused on performance and customer acquisition
Map and test alternative media channels that can complement our digital growth efforts.
Work closely with the Data and Growth teams to define hypotheses, run pilots, and validate impact based on conversion metrics.
Develop dashboards and reporting routines to monitor media performance and ROI.
Negotiate with suppliers and media partners, balancing cost efficiency and reach.
Help define the operational model for this media front — from budget planning to execution.
Build playbooks and repeatable processes for future scaling.

Comfortable building from scratch — from strategy to hands-on execution.

Previous ownership of customer acquisition.
